Sundance Hospital provides 24-hour inpatient care for children ages 5 to 17 and adults 18 and older whose acute symptoms that require a safe and therapeutic environment.  Our team of trained behavioral health experts understands the importance of meeting the unique needs of each patient with behavioral and psychological disorders.  

Outpatient Programs

Sundance Hospital provides outpatient treatment programs for children, adolescents, and adults who do not require 24-hour supervision provided by an inpatient program. Sundance Hospital Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Treatment Programs provide therapeutic support five days a week and offers patients an opportunity to receive continued support and education on their road to recovery.

Q: Who is the treatment, team?
A: The multidisciplinary treatment team may consist of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, discharge planners, and qualified mental health technicians.

Q: How long will I be in inpatient treatment?
A: Sundance Hospital is a short-term, crisis-oriented hospital. Our average length of stay is 8-12 days. However, the length of stay is dependent on treatment progress and stability and therefore is different for each patient based on their individual needs.
